Effective October 8, 2026.
AI Spoon 2.1 is free and does not require registration. The app creates a random anonymous identifier so it can keep your creation library and ideas available in your session.
We store your anonymous identifier, idea-assistant conversations, custom category instructions, creation and refinement prompts, generated creations, and basic technical request logs needed to operate and secure the service. We do not request a password, payment card, or in-app purchase information.
Idea-assistant messages and creation prompts are processed through Codex. When you refine a creation, the existing artifact and your requested changes are also sent for processing. Finished presentations, games, and animations are published on a public link that anyone with the link can open and import as an editable copy. Imported copies do not include the original owner’s private prompts or category instructions. Do not submit sensitive personal information in prompts.
We use this information only to provide, maintain, and protect AI Spoon. Service providers may process data on our behalf to host the service or provide AI replies and creations. We do not sell personal information.
Content is retained while needed to provide the service and for reasonable backup and security periods. To request deletion of your anonymous account and content, contact nymfoo9@gmail.com.
AI Spoon is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
